To organize the technical activity of production, to be responsible for the establishment of technological processes of production and their tracing- Be responsible for optimizing equipment and keeping it under control so that results are better than the set limits on individual indicators.- To document the functionality of its trusted machines and to create a manual for identifying and eliminating process and equipment problems.- Validate equipment and processes, including the validation of any type of spare parts or fittings that are replaced by the equipment.- Perform periodic review of the suitability of technological equipment and processes and, if necessary, take action to restore or improve them.- Participate in installation inspection and acceptance of new machines and gadgets.- To participate in the process of ordering spare parts, their inventory and documentation, as well as writing down when used in repair activities.- Participate in the definition and organization of a preventive maintenance plan for the equipment.- If necessary, replace colleagues in the position Technician maintenance according to their work schedule and production needs.- To develop his / her skills and qualifications in order to become a process engineer.- Participate in the design and construction of assembly lines for individual products.- Offer activities to improve the price and quality of products.- Participate in the creation of technical specifications.- Participate in creating work instructions and keeping them up to date.- To participate in the analysis of production and equipment.- Perform the necessary training activities for the Fitter Industrial Equipment / Maintenance Technician and guide junior colleagues.- Be responsible for implementing autonomous support by developing instruction and training for production staff.- Brings to the workplace established work wear and personal protective equipment.- Requirements for the position:- Technical high school; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage or at least 3 years of experience in a relevant position.- Good computer knowledge, MS Office.- English language B1 is an advantage.- Team work and organizational skills.- Skills for reading technical documentation.- Proactiveness;- Ability to analyze problems and suggest solutions to solve them.- Physical and mental health without diseases identified as contraindicated for the position.SmarterTogether- Collaborating at Sensata means working with some of the world’s most talented people in an enriching environment that is constantly pushing towards the next best thing- Employees work across functions, countries and cultures gaining new perspectives through mutual respect and open communication- As OneSensata, we are working together to make things work togetherClick here to viewSensata Recruitment Privacy StatementClick here to view ourSensata Recruitment Privacy Statement for China
