Dein Zuständigkeitsbereich umfasst die detaillierte Projektausarbeitung, innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Budgetrahmens, die Budgetüberwachung und das Controlling, die Sicherstellung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitäten. Du agierst als Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen, den externen Konsulenten und ausführenden Firmen. Die Wahrnehmung der Bauherrenvertretung und die Leitung von projektrelevanten Prozessen stellen weitere Prioritäten dar.Dein Profil:Für diese abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe verfügst du idealerweise über ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium und/oder HTL-Ausbildung (Bautechnik, Elektrotechnik, Haustechnik, o.Ä.) und verfügst über eine mindestens dreijährige Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt Projektmanagement von kleineren und mittelgroßen Projekten. Profunde Projektcontrolling-Kenntnisse, wirtschaftliches und rechtliches Verständnis, fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse insbesondere MS-Excel werden vorausgesetzt. Du überzeugst durch eine organisierte, analytische und strukturierte Vorgehensweise, ein hohes Maß an Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie souveränen Auftritt und Kommunikation auf verschiedenen Gesprächsebenen.
