Slalom Mexico is looking for self-driven and curious individuals that have a passion for helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems. We are seeking early career professionals, interested in developing skills in the consulting industry. This role will work with a team, focused on project management, process/ operations, and business analysis work.**What You’ll Do**- Verify scope and stakeholder involvement during program intake and build requirements gathering plan- Use best practices to document business requirements, assumptions for program initiatives- Submit business requirements to development team and effectively communicate via knowledge transfer- Trace back requirements to ensure all objectives have been met- Create and/or deliver report status of business requirements on an ongoing basis- Collaborate closely with program/delivery leaders to support project deliverables**What You’ll Bring**- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders.- Experience in documentation and creating clear, actionable business requirements.- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with business owners, leadership, and technical teams.- Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments activities or projects- Proven track record of managing and delivering business requirements on time and within scope.- Experience in Telecommunications operations (via Cable and Internet) in engineering & technology and software development is a plus**About Us**Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always.
