Project Manager

We're seeking a **Project Manager **to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for project delivery from planning through assessment. The Hyperscayle team is a collaborative group, and we want a team member who will question what they are told and provide suggestions to create better business results to help us grow. The end goal of this position is to drive growth within the organization.**_What You Will Do:_**- Provide an excellent customer experience- Directly execute multiple projects with full turnkey solutions- Understand technical problems and requirements to assign the right resources and tasks to create effective solutions- Coordinate with internal resources, customer stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction to deliver these projects- Manage task completion for resources across multiple projects to maintain milestone delivery schedules- Effectively manage critical path of the project execution schedule to ensure on time projects- Actively mitigate and resolve technical issues, design, construction issues to ensure these do not impact the critical path- Prepare bid packages and proposals to support sales cycles- Manage, meet, and progressively reduce cost targets- Maintain records and databases to regularly report progress to customers and internal stakeholders- Be the point person for customer interactions during project delivery**_ Your knowledge, skills, and abilities: _**- University graduate or equivalent technical experience- 3+ years of experience in project management- 2+ years of experience in a client facing role- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo or similar technical systems is a plusWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our team.
