Training Analyst-GBS Category: Quality Location: Ciudad de México, México Overview: As a Training Analyst at Novo Nordisk GBS, you will support line managers across the LATAM region in the assignment and administration of mandatory trainings in the iSOtrain system, maintain oversight of training compliance and performance indicators, support communication of new training assignments, and coordinate training coordinator meetings in LATAM. Responsibilities Provide support to line managers across the LATAM region in the assignment and administration of mandatory trainings in the iSOtrain system. Maintain oversight of training compliance in the region. Support & communicate new training assignment and updates. Maintain training compliance oversight and training performance indicators for the region. Coordinate training coordinator meetings in LATAM. Qualifications We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or an administration field. Master's degree is desirable. Proficiency in computer skills (i.e. Excel and PowerPoint). 1-2 years of experience in training, administration and follow up on deadlines. Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights on compliance. About the Department The position will be working at the GBS in Mexico for the LATAM region.
