Therefore, we need talented, innovative people who are passionate about what they do.We are currently looking for a **Tableau Financial Developer****Tableau Financial Developer****Main Purpose**This role is responsible for the Tableau tech solution along with closely partnering with the IT team to work on the enabling database. The role is critical in the provision of performance reporting to enable the Leadership Team to identify emerging trends that need further performance analysis and intervention.This is a key role for the Planning Team as the Global knowledge expert/point person for Tableau reporting. As a result, this role carries leadership & ownership.**Accountabilities**- BPM System Management / Design Tableau / Optimize links with SPOT- Development of visual dashboard for E2E reporting for:- Financial Performance- Drill-down capability to Geo (Global, Sector, OpUnit/BU, Market Unit performance)- Development and Deployment of Reporting Framework- Design and Development of harmonized dashboards- Continuous Improvement and evolution of tools & systems- Proactively identify required changes to ensure system fit for purpose/support customer requirements- Prioritize and Lead implementation of changes and developments- Ensure training & how to best leverage the tool, sharing Best Practice across Europe- Training Lead- Schedule and train new users- Develop tool training guides (videos, decks, live, etc)**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Qualifications/Requirements**- Fluent in English- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Systems, Engineering, Economy or related.- Tableau - 1 year of experience developing dashboards.- 1 - 2 years of relevant finance experience- FP&A skills and experience in forecasting and planning cycles- Experience with planning tools (HFEM, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, TM1 - Cognos)- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experienceThis position is based in Mexico's City, Mexico.Thank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career**Relocation Eligible**: Not Applicable**Job Type**: Regular
