Estamos en búsqueda de un Data Center Manager responsable de garantizar el funcionamiento estable, seguro y eficiente de la infraestructura del centro de datos (on-premise y en la nube). El rol incluye la supervisión técnica, operativa y de servicio de la sala de equipos, asegurando la continuidad de las operaciones críticas del negocio. Requisitos Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o afín. Inglés Conversacional Avanzado Gestionar el mantenimiento planificado, la resolución de incidentes y la recuperación ante desastres. Implementar controles internos y normas de seguridad del centro de datos (física, eléctrica, incendios, etc.). Supervisar el rendimiento, la capacidad y los costos operativos del centro de datos. Administrar la operación de red LAN/WAN y servicios de cableado y armarios conforme a los SLA. Coordinar la exploración de campo, pruebas de aceptación y revisiones de proyectos de infraestructura. Administrar proveedores de servicios de centros de datos (locales y en el extranjero). Colaborar con equipos internos y externos (infraestructura, seguridad, gobierno, campus, negocios). Conocimientos en sistemas eléctricos, aire acondicionado y detección/extinción de incendios en centros de datos. Experiencia con redes y protocolos: BGP, OSPF, STP, VRRP, routers, switches y firewalls. Dominio de sistemas operativos Windows y UNIX/Linux. Certificaciones deseables: CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, o afines. Pensamiento analítico y lógico. Alta responsabilidad y enfoque en resultados. Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo. Capacidad para autogestionar proyectos técnicos complejos.
