We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role Processor Supplied Services**Propósito del Puesto **_(Resumen general del puesto)_- Asegurar que los procesos con el proveedor se atiendan dentro del tiempo de garantía y calidad establecidos- Asegurar los inventarios de dispositivos para la correcta entrega de la información al cliente- El rol incluye asegurar y mantener el control del gasto directo- Mantener y observar los estándares de control interno de HSBC, así como la implementación oportuna de los puntos de auditoria interna y externa junto con las cuestiones referidas por parte de las autoridades externas.- Cada gestor de negocio y funcional es responsable de la administración del riesgo operacional, incluyendo su identificación, evaluación, mitigación y control, así como de la identificación de pérdidas y generación de reportes de conformidad con el marco de gestión establecido en el FIM de Operaciones”.- Contestar aclaraciones de clientes previo análisis de la problemáticaTener una comunicación cercana con los diferentes Negocios para identificar mejoras en los procesosPrincipales responsabilidades- Asegurar que los procesos con el proveedor se atiendan dentro del tiempo de garantía y calidad establecidos- Asegurar los inventarios de dispositivos para la correcta entrega de la información al cliente- El rol incluye asegurar y mantener el control del gasto directo- Mantener y observar los estándares de control interno de HSBC, así como la implementación oportuna de los puntos de auditoria interna y externa junto con las cuestiones referidas por parte de las autoridades externas.- Cada gestor de negocio y funcional es responsable de la administración del riesgo operacional, incluyendo su identificación, evaluación, mitigación y control, así como de la identificación de pérdidas y generación de reportes de conformidad con el marco de gestión establecido en el FIM de Operaciones”.- Contestar aclaraciones de clientes previo análisis de la problemáticaTener una comunicación cercana con los diferentes Negocios para identificar mejoras en los procesos**Requirements**:**Conocimiento de la Función**- Identificar de manera eficiente y oportuna riesgos de terceros en facturas pagadas.- Mitigar oportunamente las deficiencias de controles.- Análisis eficiente de información que soporte el pago de servicios otorgados por proveedores y de los cuales el área de facturación apoye en el pago.**Liderazgo y Trabajo en Equipo**- Mantenerse abierto al cambio.- Ser cordial en su día a día manteniendo una relación de respeto con sus compañeros.- Ser innovador en los procesos o actividades encomendadas y a través de un análisis ser agente de mejoras operativas.
