If you’d like to help us change the way the world sees, this is your chance to Be BrilliantThe person in this position will support the End User Experience Adoption Team, providing high-quality services, performing daily developing and delivering, and maintaining user adoption and change management strategies to maximize technology adoption.How You Will Make a Difference- Key responsibilities_- Work with organizational stakeholders to understand challenges to adoption of client-facing tools.- Solicit feedback and champion end user concerns related to adoption.- Develop strategies for overcoming adoption challenges.- Implement adoption campaigns to boost self-service capabilities.- Develop and deliver change management strategy associated with growing adoption.- Develop and cascade communication related to end user impacting technology upgrades, changes, etc.- Foster the development of consistent adoption standards.- Monitor and maintain adoption through KPIs.- Reformat Knowledge base articles to be more end user digestible.What We Can Offer You- Opportunity to join growing, early-stage organization built within a mature, stable global company.- Friendly working environment and a diverse and highly motivated team- Individual career development plan and possible career growth within newly created account- Truly international environment and daily interactions with colleagues and stakeholders from all over the world- Attractive benefits & compensation package- Flexible hours and remote work possibilities (min 3 days per week office-based)Skills For Success- Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements_- Bachelor’s Degree. 5+ years of experience with prior experience in Communications- Detail-oriented- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Demonstrated ability to lead with influence.- Experience working in a matrixed, global environment.- Ability to create process frameworks and campaign.- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose process or system issues as related to user experience.- Ability to turn user feedback and project goals into requirements that drive adoption execution.KINDLY SUBMIT YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH
