Ichor Systems is looking for a proactive Project Manager who will end customer commitments and ensure flawless execution in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is the primary link between our customers and our operational teams, driving reliable delivery, quality, cost performance, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, volumes, quality, and cost targets are consistently met. Coordinate cross‑functional efforts between Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning. Identify and manage operational risks; develop and execute effective contingency plans. Maintain strong daily presence on the shop floor to address issues impacting customer commitments.

Communicate project status clearly and proactively to internal and external stakeholders. Translate customer requirements into feasible, stable, and competitive manufacturing processes. Support cost‑reduction, efficiency, and lead‑time improvement initiatives. Respond quickly and professionally to escalations.

Represent site capabilities and drive customer trust and value perception. Looking for: Strong customer orientation and the ability to build trust‑based relationships. Cross‑functional leadership and excellent communication skills. Solid project planning, risk management, and problem‑solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Negotiation skills and experience managing customer expectations. Technical Skills: Project Management Manufacturing Processes APQP, PPAP, FAI, 8D Lean Manufacturing Industrial Costing Capacity analysis & process routing Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience managing production or manufacturing projects.

Experience

working directly with customers. Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP and planning tools. Intermediate–advanced English (able to communicate technical topics with U. S. customers).
