We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Junior Systems Engineer** to join our infrastructure team. You will play a key role in managing, growing, and monitoring our services and products. This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll gain experience working with both on-premises and cloud environments. We’re looking for someone proactive, passionate about automation, and committed to continuous improvement.**Key Responsibilities**:- Support and administer Windows and VMware environments.- Help automate processes such as installation, configuration, backups, monitoring, and alerting.- Manage patching, vulnerability remediation, and OS updates for servers and workstations, both on and off network.- Provide hardware and software maintenance and user support; troubleshoot technical issues.- Document incidents, diagnostics, and root cause analysis.- Maintain documentation for software/hardware setup and operational procedures.- Monitor data center server, file system, and database backups, and resolve backup-related issues.- Collaborate with SRE/DevOps teams on cloud migrations and ongoing monitoring/support.- Work independently and as part of a team.- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of normal business hours.Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles in IT infrastructure.- Knowledge in cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure).- Basic knowledge of Terraform (minimum 1 year).- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Site24x7, Datadog, etc.).- Experience in NOC or Data Center environments.- Demonstrated ability to implement secure and available infrastructure services.- Previous experience in contact center environments.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $28,000.00 - $32,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- De guardia- Lunes a viernesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)- Español (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en Barrio de la Salud, 20250 Aguascalientes, Ags.
