Supply Chain Planning Analyst

Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Role**:The SC planning analyst, including but not limited to, will be responsible for establishing the most appropriate parameters in SAP for efficient planning of the PFEP of the plant, promoting the optimization of the MRP and its correct execution, seeking continuous improvement for an optimization of the capacity and/or utilization of the warehouses, as well as supermarkets, establish the parameters of material strategies in the supply chain according to their weight, size, flow, etc. Preparation of work standards and their periodic review to ensure full compliance, quotation with suppliers and preparation of requisition orders on the Cupra and Next-Gen platforms, assurance of compliance with SLED, monitoring and alignment to the department's monthly budget, provide support and collaboration with multidisciplinary departments such as: Distribution, PCC, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, EHS, Packaging, Quality and Finance mainly. Adherence to both internal and external quality control systems, compliance, CQMS, IIAS, etc.- Identify and lead initiatives to improve Supply-chain processes from start to finish. (make spaces, times, processes, touches, flows, labor, etc.) more efficient.- Provide support to customers and lead efforts to achieve maximum possible efficiency.- Responsible for maintaining processes and updated documentation in ETQ.- Leader of the planning of plant lay-outs, flowcharts, Safety SFMA and process routes.**Education requirement**:- Engineering or bachelor's degree completed or about to graduate in fields related to Supply Chain preferred- Conversational Intermediate English**Problem Solving**:- Intermediate Management of Office (Excel) and SAP system- Knowledge in the development of work standards, flow charts, process maps and technical documentation.- Ability to identify root causes of operational problems and establish effective corrective (ICA) and preventive (PCA) actions.**Decision Making and Critical Thinking**:- Ability to actively collaborate with various departments in the resolution of logístical problems.- High sense of urgency for the timely attention of critical tasks and situations.**Project Management**:- Analytical ability to examine areas of opportunity within the department and develop a portfolio of improvement projects.- Knowledge in the prioritization of tasks and compliance with established deadlines.- Self-direction ability for efficient task and project management.- Analytical thinking for informed decision-making and complex problem solving.- Understanding the business at the supply chain level (high level)- Advanced English- Knowledge in CPS, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, AutoCAD, Power BI.**Additional information**:Location: Cienega de FloresThis position works from Monday to Saturday, availability of sporadic flexible schedules due to project closures/high activitiesDomestic relocation assistance is available for this position.Don't forget to include an English resume in your Workday profile**Final details****The Caterpillar Code of Conduct states that we will select and place employees based on their qualifications for the job to be performed, without regard to race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
