COMMUNITY MANAGER JRForma parte del equipo de la Federación Mexicana de Basquetbol ADEMEBA A.C.Tendrás la oportunidad de cubrir los mejores eventos deportivos en el país, tener acercamiento con las diferentes selecciones nacionales, viajar a los eventos nacionales e internaciones e incluso, relacionarte con expertos internacionales en medios digitales.FUNCIONES- Ejecución de la estrategia social media y la comunicación digital.- Dinamizar el contenido digital de acuerdo a la estrategia general de la organización y proyectos en las diferentes redes sociales.- Monitorear y analizar las redes sociales con el fin de detectar áreas de mejora para la organización.- Campañas para promoción y difusión vía digital.- Creación de contenido (gráfico, textual, audiovisual)- Diseño de posts de distintos medios.**Requisitos**:+ Persona altamente creativa y proactiva+Conocimientos avanzados en paquetería ADOBE (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)+ Gusto y conocimiento del basquetbol+ Lic. en Comunicación, Mercadotecnia, Periodismo o carreras a fines.+ Experiência comprobable como COMMUNITY MANAGER al menos de 2 años+ Manejo de tácticas de Marketing Viral y sus métricas+ Conocimientos de Whatsapp Businesss alineado con FaceBook+ Conocimientos avanzados en uso de Facebook, Instagram, Twitter y Tik Tok+ Conocimientos en programación de páginas web (WIX)+ Atención al clientes en linea con Procesos Administrativos y Logísticos+ Habilidades de CopyWriting y analítica WEB+ Diseñar los procesos funcionales por escrito+ Manejo intermedio del ingles+ Entusiasta de formar parte del mundo deportivo y del basquetbol en el país.+ Alta tolerancia al fracaso, a la realización de experimentos y a los cambios constantesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Vacaciones superiores a las de leyHorario:- Fines de semana- Turno matutinoPago complementario:- Bono de productividad
