**About the role**The sales representative is responsible for grow and maintain the relationships between the client and the carriers within their platform and externally, learn the ins and outs of each of their carrier’s businesses and determine their freight needs. Sales Reps are expected to have high-level conversations with their engaged carriers to help determine new lane opportunities and ways to dedicate as much of their business as possible.**Responsibilities & Duties**- Maintain accurate and up-to-date carrier records- Ensure all database documentation is compliant with industry standards- Maintain complete understanding of markets including seasonal freight- Maintain complete understanding of assigned Logistics Consultant’s book of business including POC’s, common lanes, and common trailer types- Oversee transportation in route to ensure timely pick-up and delivery- Communicate with transportation companies to ensure all parts of assigned delivery are completed- Work with assigned team that includes Logistics Consultant and Carrier RelationsPosition Requirements- No logistics experienced required (desirable 6 months - 1 year)- 6 months - 1 year in Customer Service- Experience 6 months - 1-year in sales- C1 - C2 English level**Perks and Benefits**We want you to feel like "There's no better place to work"- 100% Paid Medical/Vision/Dental - Private Medical Insurance- Ping Pong / Nintendo / Playstation Area- Pantry Vouchers- Paid Time Off- Saving Funds- Free Friday Beer- Free Friday Lunch- Competitive Salary
