**Responsibilities Include**:The **Assistant Product Manager **will support HVAC in the management and planning of the product life cycle for aftermarket and oem products.**Duties**:- **Product Development** - Work closely with marketing and engineering to provide product line analysis and key metrics to help idea generation and product cost reduction programs.- **New Product Marketing Analysis** - Data Mining, Market Research, Value Analysis, competitive analysis, and Conjoint Analysis- **E-Commerce Development** - Manage product line data with the use of the **P*roduct **I**nformation **M*anagement system used to published data to our ecatalog.- Support efforts to better integrate the PIM into our engineering processes- Identify gaps in our product data and propose solutions to improve- **Competitive Analysis** - Support effort to evaluate competitor’s products to establish and understand features and possible un-met benefits and cost trade-offs of various technical options. Requires competitive research and product review- **Product Literature** - support the develop of product catalogs, flyers, spec sheets, trouble shooting and installation manuals working closely with engineering and marketing communication services.- **Provide technical information -** schematic drawings, installation, operations, and maintenance guide primarily on HVACR motors but not limited to Industrial and Pool & Spa motors to distributors/wholesalers.- **Cross Reference-** Manage cross reference projects, but not limited to, update databases, review product lifecycle, provide new model cross reference.- Performs other duties as assigned.**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field. Bachelor’s degree desirable.- Experience BOM creation and change management process- Project Management experience is desired- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to handle multiple priorities- Computer skills - Microsoft Office Software, and ability to use Oracle, and the Engineering DatabasesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $23,000.00 - $31,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horas
