We are an important logistics company that specializes in providing 4PL services to our clients, one of which is a distinguished leader in the technology field.We are looking for:Automation and Business Intelligence Manager**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar- Fluent English.- Intermediate to Advanced python skills.- Qlik backend/frontend scripting.- KPI Management (identification, design, depiction, and follow-up).- Knowledge of the business operations and processes.- Customer Service.- Project Management skills.- Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review processes, find automation opportunities and design optimal solutions (may not be automated).- Documentation management.- Good internal and external communication.- 3-5 years as Project manager, Programming (Python, R, and/or Qlik), KPI management, Logistics.Position SummaryResponsible for Management, develop, and lead automation and business intelligence team and projects by achieving targets and helping GSCO teams in efficiency and business growth.Main ActivitiesAutomation- Generate value across organization by working with LEAN and Operations team in projects related to increase productivity and efficiency via automation- Implement a management system to allow Identification and priority support to operational processes via automation of manual or repetitive activities- Develop technical skills between team members and build backup strategies.- Design and implementation of internal KPIs.Business Intelligence- Lead the AMS Qlik community and make sure knowledge and standardization is shared across organization- Ensure standard development of business analytics, metrics / dashboard creation, and key data visibility to management level in Operational teams- Ensure automation feed of data for Business analytic processes / reports whenever is possible- Support Quality & Methods team in the generation of reports related to Internal Metrics, LEO, Dashboards, and Data Quality in Qlik**Benefits**:- Law and additional benefits- Monday to friday 08:30 - 17:30- Growth opportunities
