All coupled with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish and with the ability to solve complex problems. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital experiences and possesses strong analytics skills. Experience related in Apps is a plus.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?- Lead and grow the Nike App cross-functional team.- Constantly monitor KPIS & trigger actions to achieve Nike App both long and short-term targets: user acquisition, engagement, conversion (frequency, spend); and traffic, conversion, AOV, sales, etc.- Collaborate with the Member Growth Manager to develop a member-led in-season muscle, and a compelling, consistent value proposition for members who also are App users. Including but not limited to segmented, targeted comms and journeys (content).- Interpret internal/external business context and challenges, and recommend best practices or actions to achieve targets.- Work in partnership with Membership, Nike Brand & NDSS (Nike Direct Stores & Services) teams to create an 020 seasonal plan considering commercial moments / brand moments & unlocks on store that is consistent with the digital plans for each season or campaign.- Work in partnership with DSM/Merchandising to influence the App exclusive assortment and inventory.- Drive and execute seasonal, retail and commercial strategy for the app in partnership with all relevant functions.- Oversee and improve the consumer journey inside the app (navigation, linking strategy, PWs, etc.) and work in partnership with site merch team to have a best-in-class experience.- Inform and present results/plans to global and local stakeholders.- Play a key role in our territory intake of new features and capabilities roll out in the App, and ensure all key stakeholders are informed on a timely manner.WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.- Fluent and comfortable leading presentations in English.- Minimum 5-6 years of directly relevant experience in the following functions: digital commerce, digital (site) merchandising, brand marketing, strategy and digital products & experiences.- Experience with digital or physical retail, and/or digital platforms is highly preferred.- Preferred experience in e-commerce apps.- Proven competency with consumer orientation and marketplace management.- Experience understanding of KPIS from Ecommerce and financial KPIs is key. Knowledge of App KPIs is a strong plus.- Strong ability to entrepreneurially develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and layers to drive results, preferably in a matrixed environment.- Proven ability to implement groundbreaking strategies endorsed by senior leadership teams.- Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data and take action against business results, trends, and opportunities.Local/Domestic Hire Only.
