Project Managers in the Site Supervision team supervise that construction works on time, the quality, and safety during the construction process. You will assist the Senior Project Manager in the management of control documents, client contact, reporting, and weekly meetings.Project Managers will achieve repeat clients, through great customer service that encompasses great attitude, pride, delivery, and follow-up.**Project Manager Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the entire project(s), start to finish, you are the project(s) leader.- Manage the bidding and construction phase of the projects by distribution of the bid packages to contractors, scheduling pre-bid conferences, and organize and review the contractor bids to present to client.- Provide construction phase services as construction management in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.- Reviewing contractor construction documents, reviewing daily and prepare weekly reports, leading the weekly construction meetings, reviewing contractor submittals and engineering drawings, tracking the construction schedule and reviewing estimate payments.- Lead the weekly meetings to constructions sites.- The expectation is to manage the contractor on all issues related to the job site. Coordinate the inspections on site works focus on time, cost, quality, codes, and safety, according with the engineering and submittals approved, during the entire construction process.- Review the follow up of the delivery of ending documents and as-built drawings.**Project Manager Qualifications**:- Strong English proficiency.- Civil Works experience preferred.- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an architectural related program.- Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience within the field of industrial site supervision.- Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills are essential.- Experience in the use of Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams experience is preferred.- The ability to speak in English and Spanish (Public speaking) in front of small to large groups of people is preferred.- Leadership of small to larger project Teams.- Knowledge of local and international construction codes.- Established in 1972, Ware Malcomb is a contemporary and expanding full service design firm providing professional architecture, planning, interior design, civil engineering, branding and building measurement services to corporate, commercial/residential developer and public/institutional clients throughout the world._- With office locations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, the firm specializes in the design of office, industrial, science & technology, healthcare, multifamily, retail, and public/institutional projects._
