This role focuses on designing, building, and operating **event-driven, cloud-native integration platforms** that support large-scale microservices architectures.* Strong software engineering background with **Java and/or Python**.* Hands-on experience with **Apache Kafka** and event streaming concepts.* Experience building and operating **microservices architectures**.* Solid experience with **Kubernetes** and containerized workloads.* Experience applying **Infrastructure-as-Code patterns**.* Strong automation mindset and experience with CI/CD pipelines.* Understanding of **distributed systems design**.* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.* Experience with managed Kafka platforms (Confluent, MSK, or similar).* Familiarity with **service mesh** and API gateway technologies.* Experience with **AWS cloud services**.* Exposure to observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).* Experience supporting high-traffic, production-critical platforms.* Background working closely with SRE or platform teams.* Strong communication skills and technical leadership presence.* Collaborative mindset and ability to work across engineering disciplines.* Proactive approach to identifying reliability and scalability risks.* Comfortable documenting and explaining complex technical concepts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
