When you add that to the challenges we take on and solve together, you’ll discover that at HARMAN you can grow, make a difference and be proud of the work you do every day.What You Will DoResponsible to attend recurring meetings, both internal and external for project progress and new launches.Coordinate the generation and release of all appropriate documentation: PFMEAS, Flow Charts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, etc.Responsible together all the documents to support M Gates reviews.Maintain and communicate the status of the projects, using Microsoft's Project.Comply with quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.Manage all engineering changes with the CFT and assure the successful implementation.Comply with the review of the status of PLM.Follow up with Program Manager the outstanding point of the PV runs.Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through established communication channels.Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements applicableCoordinate the new models first running, maturity gates, compliance assurance.To represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System.Support to manufacturing area according to the needs of the MBU Manager.Coordinate with Packaging Engineer the correct set up of packaging and customer approvals.Coordinate and implement VAVE initiatives.Implement Engineer Changes according DNC implementation process with NO E&O.Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets, and programs.Properly communicate Handovers to plant.Correct follow up on SOP+90What You NeedIntegrity, Innovation, Inclusion, Excellence, Teamwork and Respect.Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineer/Electronic/Electromechanical.Deep Knowledge Engineering Changes and documentation control.3+ years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.3 years of prior experience coordinating new projects.3 years of prior experience implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence Methods.English 80%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).Core ToolsSAPLean Manufacturing ToolsMS ProjectISO /IATF 16949Applicable customer specific requirementsWhat is Nice to HaveLeadership, Change Oriented, Collaboration, Judgment and Result DrivenKnowledge on LPC (Life Product Cycle)Communication Skills (Oral and Written)Able to plan and organizeInitiativeLeadershipAnalyticalProblem solving skillsProject management skillsAchievement orientedAssertive.Strategic and decisive
