At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Currently we are looking for our next**:**Compliance Analyst****Which is the main objective of this role?**Coordination and standards compliance of the quality system of Corporate Security investigations at the national level, to ensure the correct processes execution and protocols during the investigations, as well as the quality of their reports.**What will you be doing?**- Implementation of investigation and communication Techniques at all levels of the Company to ensure the quality and compliance of investigation processes.- Consolidation of investigation cases databases information at the national level.- Generate the statistical reports and KPI dashboard on a monthly basis; carrying out the control, analysis and synthesis of all the investigations carried out by the Corporate Security team.- Ensure compliance and execution of the Speak Up Program established in the Code of Conductof the Speak Up.icipoCorp research ccip.ocesos, as well as put them to Compliance in Mexico and NY.- Coordinate investigations and ensure compliance with processes and response times as established by Pepsico Global.- Ensure Assignment of equipment and/or individual to research, as well as evaluation of the development and result of the same adhered to protocols and established quality system.- the training and certification of researchers (Human Resources, Corporate Security), through the design of specialized courses in Research and methodology, as well as the development of content of training programs (e-learning, e-classes, etc.).- Handling of confidential information, derived from investigation**Qualifications****Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Law, or Related- 1 year of experience in managing Compliance Programs or Quality Standards- 2 years of experience in audits and/or Implementation of compliance programs- Excellent writing in English and Spanish- Proficiency in the English language- Ability to negotiate at different levels of the organization.- Management of work teams- Problem-solving**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
