**Responsibilities**:- Implementation and monitoring of regulatory reports.- Participate in the development of value propositions for correct risk mitigation.- Help establish socialization relationships with 2LoD, 3LoD and independent third-party reviewers.- Correctly assess and identify risk, demonstrating consideration for the company's reputation and protecting Citigroup, its clients and assets, by promoting compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to internal policy.- Administration of control issues with transparency, as well as supervising the end to end of the evaluated processes.- Monitoring and experience in internal and external laws with the objective of correctly compliance with regulatory requirements.- Remediation of problems associated with regulatory reports, helping the team to prioritize, negotiate and eliminate obstacles to achieve results.**Qualifications**:- ** 5 years professional experience**:- ** 2 years as Issue Manager, Internal Control or equivalent experience**:- Solid understanding of strategic financial planning.- History of academic and professional excellence and achievement.- Maintains quantitative analytical skills.- Excellent problem solving abilities.- Knowledge of operational/financial modeling (forecasting, valuation) and ability to analyze financial statements.- Ability to build presentations that convey a clear story supported by data findings.- High degree of flexibility and productivity; initiative and creativity.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.- Highly motivated and self-driven, ability to multi-task productively, and result orientation.**Education**:- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
