Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**- Manage operating parameters.- Influence support areas based on data and improvement proposals.- Definition of process flow.- Develop operating manuals.- Provide technical training to operational staff.- Manage the supply of consumable materials (minimum and maximum).- Met the requirements of the client, based on the techniques, procedures and policies of the company.- Elaborate and issue level 2 timings.- Analyze potential failure modes and effects (P-FMEA).- Develop specifications of equipment and / or services.- Manage budget defined for project.- Generate line / project documentation.- Provide support and follow-up for solving problems on production lines.**Required robotics skills.**- Programming of ABB/KUKA robots.- Basic pneumatics.- Ends of arm for robots (EOAT).- Electronics / Digital Electronics.- Interpretation of electrical diagrams.- Vision system Keyence/ cognex.- Basic PLC knowledge.- Programming language knowledge Rapid, KRL and C++.**Necessary knowledge for lacquering.**- Programming of lacquering routines with ABB robot.- Experience with UV and thermo curable lacquers / paints.- FMEA, CQI12, Control plan.- Robotstudio. robview.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Lean Manufacturing- SAP- Core Tools- 5´s- Administration and project management- AutoCAD- Office (Excel, Power Point, Project...)- 5 Years of experience- English (Advance)- University DegreeTake the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.Diana Diaz
