Descripción y detalle de las actividadesOverview The Associate Facilities Engineer is responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of the assigned facilities equipment and installations, including but not limited to: Air compressors, air conditioning units, swamp coolers, exhaust fans, fire suppression system, building and grounds, gates, alarm system, water heaters, space heaters, furniture, illumination system, etc. Responsibilities Daily walkthroughs by the building to verify everything is operating as expected Inspection and troubleshooting for: Compressed air system A/C units Swamp coolers Restrooms issues Emergency generator Electrical installations Conducts periodic inspections to ensure 5S’s and safety conditions are maintained in the building Coordinates the activities of facilities contractors, ensuring safety compliance and issuing proper work permits, etc Communicate with internal costumers verbally and in writing and supports them on facilities needs they may have as: furniture rearrangement, office relocation, equipment repairs, cleaning, etc Troubleshoot equipment failures and correct the issues, calling external contractors if needed Ensures building is always showable Maintains hazardous waste room organized Ensures compliance with all preventative maintenance program work orders, either performing the work or supervise external contractors doing it Ensure critical equipment of the building is well maintained and ready to work Emergency generator Fire protection system Electrical power substation and transformers Facilities project management. This position is in charge of obtaining project quotations, bids, validate them, and revise the scope of work, timeline, etc. for all the needs involving facilities support to the building Responsible for the purchasing the spare parts stock as needed for the critical equipment, and reconciling invoices for proper payment Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) and MS Office Operation & ManagementExperiência y requisitos**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Mantenimiento**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Sexo** Indistinto**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
