Manage supplier relationships as a primary point of contact for a selected portfolio of Driscoll´s Strategic Suppliers, including Performance tracking, reviews and day to day operations management.**Responsibilities**:- Primary Point of Contact to internal and external Stakeholders for solving commercial and operational issues.- Work with suppliers to prepare for updates or enhancements over time. Monitor vendor readiness to support new program launches and changes to business rules, processes, and tools develop **Strategic Collaborative Relationships**.- This individual will work closely with other functions in an integrated team environment to develop procurement specifications and work statements for various complex goods and services.- Conducts oversight and management of strategies, performance, and development of large-scale products while supporting leadership in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.- ** Assurance of Supply based on Planning**- Point of escalation to Procurement and Planning operations- Supplier long term Capacity Planning- Supplier alignment to volume commitments- Material Network Analysis & Optimization**Supplier Performance Management**: Key Supplier & Integrators Metric data management, financial analysis, operation Improvement and Lead Performance Reviews.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree: international Business or related- Advanced English- Similar experience: 5+ years- Sourcing and planning- Negotiation- KPI management- Availability to travel (national and international)- American Visa is required- Driving License**About Driscolls**:Driscoll's is the global market leader for fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.
