**_Job Description_**- Responsible for generating material and strategies to improve the learning curve of new hire trainees- Works with QA and Operations to create up trainings that will help improve opportunity areas detected during the service process- Reports on the staff and agents first 30 days on floor and meets expected targets set by training and Operations for each face of the employees' new hire journey- Creates training content library for self-training purposes of all areas- Responsible for facilitating all product training and up-trainings content to new hires and staff- Uses call drivers and data analytics to make improvement to all training processes- Ensures that agent and staffing profiling is met and provides feedback to recruiting in case its needed- Build quarterly and annual training program- Present all the technical and supply training requirements- Implement training KPIs- Prepare and present reports on training program KIPs- Identify training needs according to Company/Department needs- Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths**_Requirements & Skills_**- +2 years of experience in BPO- English Proficiency Level 4- Bachelor's degree- Excellent facilitating skills- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools- Creates effective presentations- Excellent communication skills- Social and Teamwork skills- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success- Outstanding managerial skills- Great team leader
