Responsibilities Play a key role in BISCUITS and C&NB topline and direct profit planning, reporting, and control. Generate a consolidation world‑class Mexico Business Service (MCC) for PMF (Mexico market) & BISCUITS and C&NB. Elaborate topline, direct profit consolidation, and NOPBT. Generate and improve direct profit reports and coordinate marketing planning agenda to create efficiencies. Act as a business partner to OU commercial finance teams, delivering accurate information to support decision‑making and ensure SLA fulfillment. Own planning models, maintaining, updating, and improving them. Coordinate topline consolidation and direct profit after A&M for BISCUITS and C&NB, ensuring timely, accurate information for commercial finance. Ensure revenue management pricing submission according to topline planning model needs. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience with planning/forecasting and/or strong analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or engineering with strong finance & accounting background. Financial acumen and strong FP&A skills, experience in forecasting and planning cycles. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Advanced business English, oral and written, including technical lexicon. Good understanding of financial planning and control processes. Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage multiple time‑sensitive priorities. Detail‑oriented, organized in approach and documentation. Collaborative, works well in team environment.
