About the Role The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible developing and maintaining trust between the organization and its employees. Grade Level (for internal use) : 09 Responsibilities and Impact Conflict Resolution : Mediate and resolve employee disputes, providing guidance and support to both employees and management. Policy Implementation : Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Employee Engagement : Promote a culture of open communication by facilitating employee feedback sessions and engagement initiatives. Training and Development : Conduct training sessions on conflict resolution, communication skills, and performance management for staff and management. Investigation Management : Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions. Collaboration : Work closely with HR team members to support talent management, performance reviews, and organizational development. Reporting : Prepare reports on employee relations trends and issues, providing insights and recommendations to leadership. Advisory Role : Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations issues and best practices. What We're Looking For : Basic Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. What’s In It For You?
