**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:***- No supervisory function or direct reports**QUALIFICATIONS**:- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required._***- Expertise in usability, conversion analysis, and multivariate testing.- Solid understanding in how websites are developed to increase customer acquisition, loyalty, and business metrics- Intermediate/Advanced understanding of statistics.- Strong Experience required in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Data Layers, ReactJS, Angular, Ajax, Git- Deep understanding of Database and API's- Experience of knowledge of XM platforms like Qualtrics a plus- Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent work experience*****REQUIRED SKILLS**:- Experience leading, designing, and implementing data driven SEO A/B testing or MVT, Recommendations & Automated Personalization tests including setting up custom audiences, collections and criteria- Develop custom rules and tags in Adobe Launch to support personalization use cases- Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build Multi-channel campaigns.- Diagnose and debug Target platform configuration issues, including but not limited to plug-ins, integrations, server calls, CIDs, cookies, link tracking, visitor ID, eVars, s.props, success events, merchandising variables, raw data feeds, segmentation and marketing channels.- Working knowledge of media tagging pixels (facebook, LinkedIn, etc)- Collaborate with our Mobile App developers to add, update and verify implementation of Adobe Target code/SDKs on native mobile app- Authors or works with Content Analyst to create pages, fragments and offers in Adobe Experience Manager, for use in Adobe Target- Basic Intermediate/Advanced understanding of statistics.- Familiar with web operations infrastructure, measurement tracking and web debugging- Good oral and written communication skills- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented.- A self-starter who enjoys technical challenges and embraces new opportunities**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear.
