Through our culture of making a real impact, fostering growth, embracing flexibility, and building connections, we enable them to live meaningful lives while making a difference in the world.**In one sentence**:This role is integral to supporting and executing our comprehensive employer branding and technology leadership strategy, with a special focus on visual content creation, social media management, and community engagement.**What will your job look like?**:- Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across Amdocs Mexico’s Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube accounts- Lead the capture and production of original photography and video from key events, daily office life, and employee stories- Edit images and video for optimal engagement across platforms—including reels, stories, and long-form video- Assist in the design of basic graphics (social posts, banners, event visuals) using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar- Help organize and execute Facebook Live events, online Q&A sessions, and behind-the-scenes office content- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including ambassadors and leadership—to gather content, brief interviews, and ensure tone/brand consistency- Monitor platform analytics, prepare performance reports, and make recommendations for improvements in content and engagement- Stay current with local social media and employer branding trends in the Mexican tech industry**All you need is...**:- Recent graduate in Communications, Audiovisual Production, Digital Media, Marketing, or related degree from a recognized local university- Demonstrable experience (academic, freelance, or internship) managing or contributing to social media accounts, particularly with an emphasis on narrative, photography, and video- Solid camera and smartphone photography/videography skills; comfortable conducting office shoots, interviews, and on-the-go content- Proficiency in at least one photo/video editing tool (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Canva)- Basic graphic design knowledge for social media (templates, infographics, event covers)- Interest in employer branding, marketing communications, and the Mexican technology sector- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment- Strong writing skills in Spanish and English preferred- Collaborative, positive, and passionate about building community and telling authentic stories**Why you will love this job**:- Work alongside the Sr. Communications Lead Mexico in shaping Amdocs’ profile as a top technology employer in Guadalajara- Gain hands-on experience in multimedia content creation, digital communications strategy, and tech industry employer branding- Access to continuous learning opportunities and development in a global, innovative environment- Competitive graduate compensation and a path for continuous career growth**Amdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
