Product Owner (Mid–Sr) – Nuevos Productos | Parco EnParcobuscamos a un Product Owner que coordine los nuevos productos(hardware + software), desde la ideación hasta el lanzamiento y escalamiento. Será clave para impulsar el crecimiento de Parco creando soluciones físicas + digitales que ofrezcan experiencias ágiles, seguras y sostenibles. Definir estrategia, roadmaps y business cases de los nuevos productos. Coordinar desarrollos técnicos y funcionales de productos híbridos. Liderar lanzamientos y estrategias Go-To-Market. Monitorear KPIs, analizar impacto y proponer mejoras. Trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios (tech, diseño, operaciones, comercial). Ser la voz del usuario y del cliente B2B. Lo que buscamos 3+ años en Product Management (software; deseable hardware). Conocimientos sólidos en ingeniería y arquitecturas técnicas. Experiencia end-to-end en creación y lanzamiento de productos. Perfil hands‑on con mentalidad startup. Metodologías ágiles y manejo de herramientas como Jira/Notion/Monday.
