We believe that your expertise and experience will significantly contribute to our objectives, and we are confident that you will become one of our most valuable assets in the long term.**Key Responsibilities**:- Configure, set up, develop, maintain, and monitor our CRM system.- Extend and integrate sales and marketing processes into our Business Solutions.- Adjust, create, and develop business needs within our Business Solutions framework.- Conduct data analytics and review price lists and other enterprise data.- Assist IT leadership in designing and implementing data models, datasets, and user-friendly dashboards for use in Power BI and the company CRM across all departments.- Support and troubleshoot incidents and IT projects, primarily for the Mexico office and across all departments.**Your Profile**:- Strong focus on excellent customer service.- Structured, self-driven, quality-oriented, and a team player.- Excellent project management skills.- Effective communication skills with end users and management.- Proficient in processing, integrating, and analyzing data with keen attention to detail.- Proficiency in English is a plus.- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with CRM systems, particularly Dynamics 365 Sales.- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Navision, Dynamics 365, or Microsoft Business Central.- Familiarity with full Microsoft 365 environments and Microsoft infrastructures.**Location**:Parque Industrial La Bomba, El Marqués El Colorado, QRO CP 76246**We Offer**:- **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM- **Salary**: Fixed gross salary of $40,000.00 MXN per month.- **Benefits**: All legal benefits as per contract, including SGMM, Savings Fund, and food vouchers.- **Vacation**: 12 days per year.- **Contract Type**: Indefinite term with a trial period of 3 months.We hope this offer aligns with your expectations, and we look forward to welcoming you to our dynamic team.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $40,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
