Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Building long-term relationships with business partners, keeping direct contact and weekly meetings related to wholesales and order status supported by the knowledge in audiology, product portfolio, systems, and processes. -Maintaining continuous communication with internal departments such as Planning, Purchasing, Production, etc. to ensure orders fulfilment. -Confirming, updating delivery dates as well as verifying purchase order correctness. -Verifying allocation/deallocation of goods depending on business partners priorities. -Generating Invoices and necessary documentation in accordance with country specific requirements and in coordination with Import/Export needs. -Coordination of shipment process in agreement with Distribution Center. -Monitoring and Tracking of Shipments to Business Partners. -Taking corrective actions and engaging in projects to increase business partners satisfaction. -Reviewing and verifying sister companies’ specific requirements. -Updating the sister companies on the progress of their quality complaints reviewing complaint -Supervising and coordinating changes to ERP system configurations with IT and Planning areas to meet wholesale expectations.Experiência y requisitosQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : -Bachelor's degree in business or related field -1-to-2-year experience in Customer Service / Logistics ( or Similar position ) -Computer abilities: Microsoft Office skills, good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. QAD, Navision) and other systems.
