Are you passionate about Food Engineering Processes and Business Needs accomplishing? Join our Engineering team as an Engineering Project Coordinator. In this role, you’ll ensure the successful execution and delivery of complex projects by effectively coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and timelines, and mitigating risks. This role serves as the central point of communication among stakeholders, ensuring vertical startup and project objectives align with client expectations while adhering to regulatory and quality standards and ensuring the proper use of the UWF methodology.This role is onsite in Queretaro, Mexico.A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing**Project Management**: Oversee the timely execution, performance, and cost of projects, providing technical direction and coordinating preliminary estimates.**Capital Planning**: Coordinate the capital planning process, ensuring clear communication of requests and expectations for global capital alignment.**Leadership and Teamwork**: Collaborate with plant teams to ensure alignment with operations and deliver targeted results.**C apEx Management**: Monitor CapEx expenditures, analyze deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary.**Engineering and Communication**: Review strategic plans, mitigate risks, ensure proper budget utilization, and facilitate communication with regional/global teams for resource allocation and new technologies.We’re Looking for Someone WithBachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related field.4 years of experience in plant or manufacturing in food industry in similar roles.English proficiency.Leadership experience.Effective communication and decision-maker.What’s NextIf you join our team, you’ll be rewarded for the difference you make.
