Fleet Safety Coordinator

We pride ourselves on safety, compliance, and exceptional service.Join our team and help us maintain the highest standards in the industryWe are seeking a detail-oriented **Safety Specialist** to ensure compliance with **FMCSA regulations**, monitor driver **Hours of Service (HOS)**, and promote a culture of safety across our fleet.**Key Responsibilities**:- Monitor and audit **driver logs (ELD/HOS)** to ensure compliance with **FMCSA regulations**.- Track and address **HOS violations**, providing corrective action when needed.- Conduct **safety audits** and assist with driver **onboarding & training programs**.- Maintain accurate records of **driver qualifications, certifications, and compliance documents**.- Assist in **accident/incident investigations** and reporting.- Collaborate with the **Safety & Operations teams** to implement best practices.- Ensure all drivers adhere to **company safety policies** and **federal/state regulations**.**Key points**:**100% Billingual position****Drivers are all U.S.based****No FMCSA expertise required**—we provide full training.**Legal benefits start on Day 1.****Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $11,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Bilingual position.
