Router Planner Analyst

Router Planner Analyst PepsiCo is looking for a Router Planner Analyst to support accelerated PFNA scheduling of delivery, selling and merchandising roles as part of ShiftSmart and Bringoz implementation and sustainment. Responsibilities Scheduling roles with OT1 software and uploading into Salesforce.com. Define and document updated processes with output through Bringoz last‑mile management software and scheduling tools. Influence local business teams to execute according to design and adherence to the strategic objective. Leverage analytics and innovation tools for efficient execution of GTM solutions. Operate and manage solution sessions with ZBT utilizing designed tools to solve complex go‑to‑market solutions. Collaborate and influence cross‑functional teams with both HQ and Field Partners. Support delivery of executable strategies that maximize GTM principles (drop size, e‑comm, optimization, segmented delivery and merchandising) focused on improved execution. Ensure all project design principals are being implemented and technology tools are fully utilized within program guardrails. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management. English language proficiency, both verbal and written (CEFR Level C1 or C2). Strong data analytic capabilities. OmnitracsOne software knowledge. Consumer packaged goods experience in a direct‑store‑delivery environment. Minimum 3+ years of PepsiCo Go‑to‑Market (GTM) experience preferred. Previous project‑management experience in a DSD environment preferred. Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, influencing, and follow‑up skills. Ability to self‑manage to plan and meet a daily agenda. Must be self‑motivated and work with little supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
