This role is responsible for analyzing System needs related to strategies and mission-critical processes and translating those needs into technical requirements, and leading Data Analysis and Reporting activities.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a portfolio of systems and business intelligence tools providing technical and functional user support.- Lead and support Data Analysis and Reporting work- Gather functional and design requirements to develop all necessary supporting artifacts (Use cases, workflow and process maps) to illustrate the change requests.- Participate in the project lifecycle as a key stakeholder, SME, and/or project manager.- Work closely with functional teams and the IT Department to identify system and technical infrastructure optimization opportunities and to implement industry best practices.- Develop and maintain system documentation and communication to key stakeholders as necessary- Participate in continuous learning on new technologies and Industry best practices- Other responsibilities, as agreed with the Director, Business Systems**Minimum Qualifications**:- BA degree in Business Information Systems or related field;- 5 - 7 years of experience in Enterprise-grade systems analysis, design, implementation, and management and delivery within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process- 3 years in Enterprise Data Analysis and Reporting experience- Proven analytical skills, and ability to condense large complex data into meaningful conclusions to aid leadership and staff decision making.- Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a plus- ITIL4 Foundation and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) certifications are a plus- Business process diagramming and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) 2.0 experience- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.- Flexibility and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, including leadership and personnel management.- Ability to use considerable judgment, initiative, and independence.- Ability to maintain confidentiality.- Solid reporting and presentation skills.- Demonstrated experience with implementation of new processes and tools.- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism.- Ability to take initiative and be innovative.- Commitment to the Internet Society’s mission, values, and objectives.- Experience with Fonteva, Jira (Software & ITSM), Looker, LucidChart, LucidSpark, Salesforce (Salescloud & Marketingcloud) a plus.**What You'll Love About Us**- **Make an Impact.** We have an exciting vision and mission to bring the internet to everyone- **Great Company Culture**: We are a global team in 30+ countries and live our values of collaboration, inclusion, respect, people and passion in all of our HR programs including our new recognition program- **Rest and Relaxation. **Generous paid time off, paid public holidays and sick leave as needed.- **Benefits. **Based on local in-country guidelines.- **Give back.** Get paid to volunteer in your community- **Professional Development and Educational Benefits**_. _Annual company contribution towards professional development or higher education.- **Flexible Work Models.** Work-from-home, or hybrid, depending on position and location.Compensation and benefits for this position
