Flex, a Fortune global 500 company, is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _- Program Administrator_- located in _- Guadalajara, North Campus_- ._What a typical day looks like:- _Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program._- _Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems._- _Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments._- _Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others._- _May assist in metric development and tracking for the program._- _Occasional travel to customer locations._- _Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities_- _Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer guarantees without any delay and coordinate the team to any issue that could generate an impact._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._- _ Fluent English._- _ Experience in electronic manufacturing companies._- Project manager knowledge.- _ Relationship building and management skills are also a plus._- knowledge in finance.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.PA91Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
