**Responsabilities**:- Responsible for managing supplier selection, evaluation, and development, ensuring that components and materials meet the company's quality, cost, and delivery standards. Additionally, the company works closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product quality and optimize the supply chain.- Supplier evaluation and selection: Research, qualify, and approve new suppliers that can meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.- Quality management: Conduct audits, inspections, and monitoring of the quality of supplies, ensuring that they comply with the technical and regulatory specifications of the automotive sector.- Supplier development: Collaborate with suppliers to improve processes, reduce defects and optimize costs, fostering long-term relationships.- Negotiation: Participate in negotiations of contracts, prices and supply conditions with suppliers.- Risk management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and propose solutions to mitigate them.- Internal collaboration: Work with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure that delivered components meet final product requirements.Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of assessments, audits, and agreements, and prepare supplier performance reports.**Experience & Knowledge****-**Knowledge of automotive quality standards (such as IATF 16949).- Negotiation and relationship management skills.- Analytical skills and attention to detail.- Knowledge of sourcing and supply chain management.- Good communication and teamwork skills.- Advanced English.- 3-5 years of experience.Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
