The Role The SAP QM (Quality Management) Senior Consultant is expected to engage in exciting and challenging, client-facing, project-based work, focusing on delivering world-class solutions based on SAP\'s latest software. The Senior Consultant requires an entrepreneurial mindset and must have a strong desire to grow as a leader within our organization. They will support actionable objectives for the organization, helping to sustain a culture of accountability and take a hands-on approach to execution. Our customers and the value we offer are central to everything we do. The Senior Consultant will ensure our services\' quality for our existing client base, support the cultivation of relationships with new customers, support the development of new business opportunities, and support the continuous adjustment of our current and future offerings according to market demands. Responsibilities Be part of challenging projects in process and IT consulting with a focus on the automotive industry Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in the field of Supply Chain Management Deploy process, quality, and cost-optimized logistics concepts Create long term relationships with clients Identify and lead business development opportunities Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor Take over responsibility as (sub) project team leader Qualifications Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent education 8 years of work experience in consulting or in the automotive industry 6 years of SAP QM (Quality Management) experience (process & customizing) Solid expertise in at least one other module (i.e., MM, PP, CS, PM, SD) is a strong plus 4 SAP full lifecycle implementations SAP certifications are a big plus Profound SAP project and go-live experience (SAP implementation approach) Fluency in English (multilingual preferred) Professional appearance with strong customer focus Analytical and structured working attitude Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills Strong teamwork capability Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology and Consulting Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
