We are seeking an experienced **Analyst IT Business Systems**with a deep knowledge and experience related to Oracle R12 EBS and/or Oracle Cloud ERP functionality and key best practices. You must have the skills to proactively identify and document requirements, lead process design sessions, and facilitate the execution and implementation of solutions to address business requirements. This role will serve as an internal "consultant" who works with related business teams to identify and prioritize process and system opportunities.This role will ensure that proper documentation of the business process flow is in place, as well as user reference manuals and user acceptance test scripts. This role will assist in executing the vision for financial business process improvements based on the guidance of the Lead Analyst, Finance Systems. This role will also serve as a liaison between business users and technical/development teams to establish and streamline business/system processes, as well as facilitate collaboration between groups of cross-functional partners as needed.- Prepare complex requirements specification documents and functional specification documents.- Review, analyze, and prepare complex and detailed documents for business requirements and technical/functional specifications of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.- Identify current and future state business processes independently or with the guidance of the longest-serving member of the team.- Provide technical development support for system development and configuration requirements and automation.- Use influence to drive better solutions.- Perform or participate in gap analysis, identify current gaps, and make recommendations for future state business processes- Work with or lead business users to identify functional cases and establish test scenarios and results.- Participate in or lead projects to evaluate, rate, and select software from third parties, vendors, and/or service providers.- Contribute to or manage the scope, acceptance, installation, and implementation of the project.- Contribute to or provide solution architecture guidance and recommendations for systems and processes.- Adhere to established documentation standards, procedures, and guidelines.- Adhere to project schedules, track progress while providing timely reports of issues affecting project progress, coordinate actions, and resolve conflicts. This includes documenting, prioritizing, and tracking requests (changes, improvements, etc.)Proactively assist with training on Oracle EBS functionality or Finance business process.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in IT/IS-related discipline- 3 years of experience in the IT department, 1-2 years of experience in businiess analytics and hands-on experience working on Oracle e- Businiess- English Advance- Good understanding of Finance modules within Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report processes in Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP.- Support data extraction from ERPs to integrate with 3rd party systems. Experience with Mexico local regulatory processes involving the Mexican SAT and related integrating 3rd parties such as EDICOM.- Ability to work independently on project deliverables and meeting timelines and quality requirements.- Fluent in Spanish and English.- Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems and clearly communicate analytical findings and propose solutions that address expressed needs- Adopts and ca
