The selected person will be responsible for reviewing the calculation of payroll and taxes. Carry out the review of the accounting policy and the internal reports. The person must maintain constant communication with team and the employees. The holder of this position is responsible for performing their work in a timely and efficient manner in order to deliver quality work and as contracted by the client.Working closely with our employees to understand their payment issues, act as their trusted advisor.**You’ll have the following responsibilities**:- Provides payroll support for Mexican employees- Participate in and provide high-level support to team and cross-functional projects- Assists with the evaluation of external payroll trends, surveys and reports to determine the company's competitive position- Prepare and process all payment cycles- Prepares applicable accounting schedules and summaries- Maintains all payroll ledger accounts and payroll related journal entries- Document and update payroll policies and procedures- Prepare special reports for management.**You’ll have the following skills and experience**:- Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field- Work experience: 5 years- Technical knowledge: Expert in end-to-end processing of Mexican payroll, security and social security and payroll taxes.- **English: Intermediate/advanced.**- Software: Good command of MS Excel and Word (intermediate - advanced level). Experience in managing payroll ERP- Skills: Proactivity, initiative, and attention to detail. Being an organized person and adhering to rules, to comply and create processes that guarantee consistency, coherence and precision in the information prepared.
