Senior Developer Front-end**Requisitos**:- Fluidez en inglés (Avanzado).- Experiência profunda con Shopify, cómodo con Vanilla JS, HTML, CSS, Ruby, Liquid, etc.- Experiência con herramientas de comercio electrónico/DTC como Google Analytics y Optimize.- Comprensión de las mejores prácticas en torno a la optimización de la tasa de conversión de comercio electrónico.Objetivos- Poseer el desarrollo y la implementación de los cambios/mejoras del sitio front-end.- Trabaje en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de marketing y diseño para idear y clasificar nuevas funciones y cambios en el sitio.- Ayude a crear herramientas ad-hoc para nuestro equipo de fabricación y producción.**Actividades**:- Realizar cambios en nuestro sitio web que van desde simples ajustes de UI/UX hasta desarrollar funciones y herramientas mejoradas para los clientes.- Crear una herramienta de comparación de precios que permita a los clientes elegir las flores que necesitan para su boda y luego ver el costo total de nuestras flores de boda (sola) en comparación con la seda o las alternativas naturales.- Contratar agencias y contratistas de terceros según sea necesario y administrarlos.- Desarrollar una herramienta que permita a los clientes personalizar visualmente su ramo antes de comprarlo.- Diseño, configuración e implementación de pruebas divididas de optimización de la tasa de conversión con Google Optimize.**Cómo funciona nuestra contratación y cómo operamos**:- Al contratar, trabajaremos con usted para definir los KPI de los que será responsable y establecer objetivos. Esto elimina la ambigüedad en torno a preguntarse si está haciendo un buen trabajo después de comenzar.- Funcionamos con EOS/Traction. Si ha utilizado Scaling Up o algo así como OKR, es probable que se deslice fácilmente hacia Traction
