This role is fully remote and requires strong **English fluency (C1-C2 level)** to support clients and partners across North America. **Key Responsibilities**- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and clients.- Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.- Provide accurate information about company services and products.- Maintain CRM records with detailed call notes and outcomes.- Meet monthly targets and performance KPIs.- Fluent in **English (spoken & written)** - professional, business-level communication.- Based in Mexico, preferably from major cities such as **Mexico City, Guadalajara, Tijuana, Monterrey, or Puebla**.- Comfortable working in a **remote-first environment** aligned with **Pacific Standard Time (PST)**.- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.- Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred but not required (new graduates welcome).**Compensation**- Competitive pay aligned with the **5 BPS model**, benchmarked against a **1-year average MXN/USD exchange rate**.- Earnings based on performance with **monthly commission potential**.- Transparent pay structure (provided during the recruitment process).- **MXN 160,000 - 175,000 per year** (based on experience and qualifications).- Fully remote role with opportunities for growth.Pay: $160,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Telemarketer: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
