Senior Implementation Analyst

**Responsibilities**:Hexagon is searching for a**Senior Implementation Analyst to work from Mexico**. If you are passionate about technology and you would like to be part of a growing and international company this is your chance- Automation Integrity- Cyber Integrity- PlantState IntegrityQualifications:- Works with clients to install and configure Hexagon products both onsite and virtual- Works with clients to execute the project plan - implementing technology, configuring scripts, data collection and processing for the project- Provides technical support to clients whilst implementing and executing projects- Conducts training with client on the utilization and administration of Hexagon products- Constructs and provides project documentation for all assigned projects (i.e., Site Completion & Installation Report, functional requirements, design documents, lessons learned, etc.)- Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems- Identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams- Coordinates and submits information to Technical Support in a timely manner for projects- Maintains a professional demeanor while interfacing with clients- Provides feedback based on client experiences for product and process improvements- Works both independent and among teams to solve problems quickly and effectively- Works closely with the implementation services team, Technical Support teams, and other relevant team-members to complete installation projects successfully- Completes project related expense reports and timesheets within a required timeframe- Follows Integrity work processes, quality standards, and deliverable templates- Adhere to Industrial Control System (ICS) cyber-security best practices and industry standards- May perform various back-office activities to support and strengthen the services group- May work on pre-sales activities**Related Knowledge and Educational Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM-based technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Cyber Security, Electrical, Mechanical, Process Technology, etc.) and three (3) years of industry experience- 3+ years of experience in designing, evaluating, advising and implementing software solutions- 3+ years of experience in working with and configuring Operating Systems (OS) in a server environment- 3+ years of experience with basic networking principles (e.g., IP addressing, network components such as routers, switches etc.)- 2-3 years of experience to design/create/edit scripts, batch jobs etc.- 2-3 years of experience in network protocols such as Telnet, FTP(s) and HTTP(s)- 2-3 years of experience in installation and configuration of Microsoft SQL- Mastery of bilingual language between English and Spanish (including verbal and written)- Familiar with access control (security control)- Competence in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio- Knowledge of process control and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) equipment**Core Competencies Include**:- Focusing on customer satisfaction- Demonstrating good oral and written communication skills- Demonstrating an ability to work in a team effectively- Highly organized with an ability to multi-task- Quick learner and pays attention to details- Ensuring operational policies are followed- Practicing team and individual respect- Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting opportunities- Creating technical documents with assistance from senior consultants- Coordinating internal processes- Gaining knowledge on multiple Hexagon solutions**Industry Requirements and Preferred Certifications**:- 3+ years of experience in process control and working with ICS technology is preferrable- Fluent in additional Spanish-based languages (e.g., Portuguese)- Must be able to obtain a Passport and TWIC Card- Strong knowledge in Purdue Model for Industrial Control System (ICS) networking- Certified Cisco CompTIA certification- Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA)- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)- Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)LI-PB1
