As a Trade Marketing Regional Manager you will increase the market share of our brands in the region, while improving the awareness and perception of the company's brands. You will increase sales and profitability of our products and services and develop advertising campaigns that create a positive return on investment. You will report to Trade Marketing sub‑director. Key Responsibilities Develop marketing strategies to build our brands in the region. Work with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and ensure execution. Maintain relationships with dealers, ensuring their support for our brands. Manage advertising investment in the locations under their responsibility, ensuring a return on investment aligned with marketing goals. Manage the product and service portfolio model, identifying growth and optimization opportunities. Produce strategies to increase the market share of our brands by analyzing trends, competitors, and market needs. Lead and motivate the regional marketing team to achieve established goals. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product, and finance, to guarantee a comprehensive and aligned strategy. Monitor the market share of our brands in the region and of the sales and profitability of our products and services. Identify optimization opportunities and adjust advertising investment to maximize return on investment. Present reports on the performance of marketing strategies and return on investment to management and other relevant departments. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in marketing and brand management. Knowledge of marketing strategies, advertising, and market analysis. Leadership and team management skills. Data analysis and informed decision making. Availability to travel within the republic. Previous experience in mass usage with experience in retail, B2B, B2C. Knowledge of marketing and shopper marketing. PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
