Your tasksImplementar programas de Capacitación y Adiestramiento incluyendo todas las etapas del proceso de Entrenamiento (Detección de necesidades, planeación, impartición, evaluación y seguimiento).- Participación Entrenamiento de iniciativas directa de corporativo.Actualizacion de matrices de OJT (Produccion) y matrices de soporte (Calidad, Materiales, Mejora Continua, Requerimientos de Cliente ) Actualizacion de matrices (3x3x3) Coordinación (logística, programación / horarios, actualización de materiales e impartición) del programa de Inducción para nuevos empleados y del programa de entrenamiento en procedimientos de manufactura.- Coordinación del proceso de certificacion del personal de produccion en sus operaciones.Requisitos del cliente y otras certificaciones: Participa activamente en las actividades, auditorías, cumplimiento y cumplimiento de los procedimientos en la medida requerida por el cargo y/o establecido en nuestro sistema de gestión. Comprender las políticas objetivos del sistema de gestión.**Profile**:Certificado de Preparatoria o Bachillerato.
