Our purpose, team, and company culture are amazing and our Great Place to Work® certification in Mexico says it all**What you’ll be doing**This position is important since it’s dealing with our employee’s health, attending an emergency to a very simple consult and provides the best service for our employees.**During a Typical Day, You’ll**- Renders basic nursing care such as, first-aid treatment, wound dressing, palliative care- Conducts initial medical assessment through vital-signs measurement and history taking- Assists the Retainer Physician when performing physical examination- Monitors and maintains records of daily consultations and medical clearances- Maintains and updates medical records and other pertinent documents related to the health condition and profile of employees- Facilitates Random Drug Testing and Vaccination programs- Provides monthly updates to the clinic manager on health hazards/unsafe practices at the site**What You Bring to the Role**- Bachelor’s degree- Emergency care for patients- Meticulous and attentive to details- Microsoft Office- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices- knowledge of administration and clerical skills**What You Can Expect**- Supportive of your career and professional development- An inclusive culture and community minded organization where giving back is encouraged- A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values- And yes... a great compensation package and performance bonus opportunities, benefits you'd expect and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you (like tuition reimbursement)**About TTEC**Our business is about making customers happy.
