As a collaborative partner, we strive to deliver the right solutions at the right time and at the right cost to solve tough business challenges.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities****SC Purchase Analyst****Main Purpose**This role is to provide back end support to the Order Team supporting FOBO National Fountain Fixed customers as well as YUM Ice. The nature of the work is reactive to processing shipments, invoices, and transfers created from new store openings, upgrade requests, equipment down, as well as projects. This role is responsible for APS PO receipt and closure (including invoice reconciliation & imaging), CETS equipment transfer, equipment return process, resolution of SAP/CETS feed issues from PAQ team, support for research and updating of quarterly equipment inventory audit, as well as general operational support for issue resolution.**Qualifications**- Utilize Customer Equipment Tracking System (CETS) to manage equipment assets for National accounts and ensure systematic accuracy.- Maintain tracking Excel spreadsheets of daily sourcing requests and equipment returns.- Communicates with PES and bottler personnel teams to resolve equipment issues/questions.- Serves as receiver for new equipment in the Automated Purchasing System (APS)- Support quarterly equipment inventory audit and research/update assets as needed in CETS and SAP- Responsible for ensuring Control and Compliance during asset write-off procedures in CETS and maintaining supporting documentation for required Global Compliance.- Develop team and department standard operating procedures and identify improvement opportunities**Requirements**:- Fluent in English- Bachelor’s degree in Business/operations, Engineering or similar field preferred- Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally, with suppliers, and with customers- Ability to learn and update multiple ERP systems (SAP, CETS)- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively- Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)- Strong passion for customer service- Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers- Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations- Excellent written and oral communications skills- Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools- Prior experience in SAP a plusIn**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
