Encargado de Gestionar y dar solucion a las necesidades de los clientes de forma oportuna y con enfoque a resultados. Identificar las necesidades de los clientes, aclarar información, investigar cada problema y ofrecer soluciones o alternativas.**Requisitos**:Dar el servicio inicial a clientes que hablen directamente, o envíen un correo electrónico a la compañía en búsqueda de información sobre los productos y servicios ofrecidos.Realizar la asignación de los prospectos captados por la empresa a partir de cualquier medio de contacto con los clientes en el programa CRM.Documentar el seguimiento de los prospectos asignados en el programa CRM dentro de la misma aplicación generando el reporte, "Seguimiento de prospectos"Participar en la ejecución de campañas de seguimiento a clientes activos de la compañíaAcompañar y coordinarse permanentemente con la gerencia de ventas en todo lo relacionado al envío de cotizaciones, pedidos, seguimiento a entrega de pedidos, y solicitudes específicas de información de parte de los clientes.Gestionar la cartera de clientes realizando visitas comerciales y manteniendo la información sobre nuevos productos para conseguir consolidar y aumentar el volumen de ventas en cartera.Incrementar el nível de servicio y respuesta puntual al clienteSeguimiento puntual a clientes “top” designados por el Gerente comercial.Escolaridad. - lic.Ventas, MKT, Atención a cliente o afíningles. deseableexperiência mínima de uno a dos años en venta de tecnologiaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $13,151.26 - $17,000.00 al mesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- dos: 1 año (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
